Group Rides
Group rides occur every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9am leaving from Lifecycle Bike Shop when there are no conflicts with races. Additional rides and workouts are announced through the team email list. Ride length and pace are generally announced ahead of time, and weekend rides usually follow routes that allow for different distances
Anyone is welcome to ride with the team – the only requirement is that team members and non-members alike must wear helmets for all team rides.
